Every loaf carries
the memory of
something honest.

At Coffee Records, we bake the way time taught us — with patience, with flour on our hands, and with the conviction that the simplest ingredients, treated with care, become something you can feel.

Our Story

Born on Main Street,
built for the community.

Coffee Records began with a simple belief: that a town deserves a place where bread is kneaded by hand, where the coffee is poured with intention, and where every item on the shelf has a story worth telling.

Located at 230 South Main Street in the heart of Malvern, we opened our doors to neighbors who wanted more than convenience — they wanted connection. The kind that happens when you recognize the smell of rising dough before you even step inside.

Today, every loaf, every pastry, and every curated pantry good still carries that same purpose. We source from local farms, mill our own flour blends, and bake in small batches because speed was never the point. Quality is.

"We don't just sell food. We serve the feeling of coming home."

What We Offer

From our oven
to your table.

Every item in our shop is chosen or created with the same standard: would we serve this to our own family? If the answer isn't a resounding yes, it doesn't make it onto our shelves.

Sourdough, ciabatta, focaccia, and seasonal varieties — all leavened naturally, baked in our deck oven, and finished with a crust that sings.

The Craft

Patience is
our secret ingredient.

We don't rush. Our sourdough ferments for 36 hours. Our croissants are laminated over three days. Our bread rests before it bakes. Every step is intentional because we believe the process is as important as the product.

01

Source with Intention

We partner with Arkansas mills and local farms for flour, dairy, eggs, and produce — because great bread starts with great ingredients.

02

Mix & Ferment

Every dough is mixed by hand and left to ferment slowly — no shortcuts, no improvers, just time and temperature doing their work.

03

Bake & Serve

We bake in small batches throughout the night so everything is fresh when we open. The best loaves sell out — and that's by design.

From Our Neighbors

What Malvern
is saying.

"The sourdough here changed my understanding of what bread can be. I drive past three other bakeries just to come here. My Saturday mornings don't feel complete without a loaf from Coffee Records."

— A Malvern Regular

"We ordered a catering spread for our family reunion and every single dish was a hit. The pastries were the first thing gone. This place has become our go-to for everything from breakfast to gifts."

— A Local Family

"As someone who grew up in Malvern and moved away, coming back and finding Coffee Records felt like finding a piece of home I didn't know I'd missed. The coffee, the bread, the warmth — it's all real."
